1. What we did for you! We ordered you a SIM and phone number with your area code, and made sure it arrives right quick! We also got your plan details in there and set it up in your name. It's about a 42-step process... done!
2. It's your turn now. This is our socially-distant handshake to pass the responsibility to you. To be clear, the T-Mobile service is *your* plan, *your* responsibility to pay and maintain.
3. There's something you must do. The one thing you have to do now to fully take over is set up your account with T-Mobile and turn on autopay. This won't work until AFTER the SIM is activated by sticking it into the phone and placing the first call.
