Terms and Conditions

This offer is valid for customers who purchase a phone from Pinwheel from May 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024.

Pinwheel will reimburse Early Termination Fees (ETFs) incurred as a result of terminating an existing cell phone contract with Gabb Wireless, Troomi Wireless or Bark Technologies. Contracts for smartwatches do not qualify for this offer. Fees other than ETFs, such as outstanding balances, are not eligible for reimbursement under this offer. The maximum reimbursement amount for ETFs is capped at $100 per customer, or the amount paid for the phone purchased from Pinwheel, whichever is lower. If the customer's ETF exceeds $100, they will only be reimbursed up to the maximum limit.

Customers must submit their reimbursement request within 90 days of their phone purchase. Reimbursement requests received after this period will not be considered. To submit a reimbursement request, customers must provide their full name, contact information, proof of payment for the ETF, and proof of purchase of the new Pinwheel phone. Reimbursement will be provided in the form of a credit applied to the payment method used to purchase the Pinwheel phone. The reimbursement credit will be applied within 30 days of the reimbursement request being approved. This offer is subject to verification by Pinwheel. Pinwheel reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to validate the reimbursement request. If any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is suspected, Pinwheel reserves the right to reject the reimbursement request.

This offer is not transferable, and reimbursement requests can only be made by the original purchaser of the Pinwheel phone. This offer may be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, but in no event will Pinwheel reimburse more than the maximum reimbursement limit. If the customer returns the Pinwheel phone for a refund, any previously reimbursed ETFs will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Pinwheel reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of modification or termination, Pinwheel will honor reimbursement requests submitted prior to the modification or termination date. By participating in this offer, customers agree to release and hold harmless Pinwheel, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, losses, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with the offer, including but not limited to reimbursement requests and the use or inability to use the new phone. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas. By participating in this offer, customers indicate their acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.
